I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The onsen facility on level 10 was a unique and relaxing experience. The service was top-notch, with great housekeeping, a convenient shuttle service, and a delightful welcome drink. The location was perfect, being right in the center and close to a small temple. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with excellent ingredients used in their dishes. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my overall enjoyment.
